After monitoring shipments over the past weeks, we have decided to discontinue this trial arrangement. A high percentage of shipments have been held or refused at US Customs, and we have determined that continuing under these conditions is not sustainable.

Effective immediately, we have resumed our previous policy: shipments to the United States are limited to products intended for ages 15 and over. Products for children aged 12 and under are again restricted, and the "Add to Bag" button will not be displayed for US customers on these items.

We sincerely apologize for the change and appreciate your understanding.

Dear US customers,

We would like to share a small update regarding shipments to the United States of certain products — mainly electronic toys and plush items intended for children aged 12 and under.

You may notice that the "Add to Bag" button is now available for some of these products that were previously restricted. A notice is displayed on applicable product pages.Please note that the underlying CPSC eFiling regulations remain unchanged, as we previously shared.

This means that these shipments may still be subject to inspection by US Customs, and specific safety documentation may be requested. Unfortunately, such documents are not available through our procurement channels, and in these cases, the shipment may be returned or destroyed. Please understand that no refund can be provided in such situations.

We will be happy to ship these orders to customers who kindly understand and accept these conditions. We would like to ask you to make your purchase decision at your own discretion.
