EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

This page applies to consumers resident in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). Where it conflicts with any other part of our Refund Policy or store terms, this page prevails for EU/EEA consumers.

1. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. You may also withdraw at any time between placing your order and delivery.

This right applies regardless of any other statement in our policies. In particular, it overrides the "Customer-Initiated Returns" clause and the cancellation restrictions in our Refund Policy for EU/EEA consumers.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way is the "Withdraw from contract here" link in the footer of our website, which is available on every page and does not require an account:

Complete the form with your name, order number, and email address.
Click "Confirm withdrawal."

You may also notify us by email at support@jyw-tmgc.com using any clear statement, or by using the model withdrawal form below. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (by email) without undue delay.

3. Refund

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

Where you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, we will refund only the amount corresponding to that standard option.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges that you paid directly to your local customs authority or carrier are not part of the payments we received from you, and are therefore not refundable by us. After returning the goods, you may be able to reclaim these from your local customs authority using your proof of return or re-export. This is a process you arrange directly, and we are unable to assist with it.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

4. Returning the goods, and return cost

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return labels for withdrawals; you may use the carrier of your choice.

5. Reduction in value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may deduct such reduction in value from your refund.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts, including: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; sealed audio or video recordings or computer software unsealed after delivery; and goods that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. Most new, sealed collectible and electronic-toy products we sell remain fully subject to the right of withdrawal.
