Description
The "Digimon Pendulum" liquid crystal toy, released in October 1998 as the successor to the original "Digital Monster" series, gained popularity thanks to its built-in pendulum function. It was later renewed with a color liquid crystal display as the "Digimon Pendulum COLOR" series.

We are pleased to announce the latest installments in this series: Digimon Pendulum COLOR (8 CELESTIALWALKER / 9 ASTRALSENTINEL).

The two units come in the following colors: Olympus Green for Digimon Pendulum COLOR 8 CELESTIALWALKER, and Ilias Blue for Digimon Pendulum COLOR 9 ASTRALSENTINEL.

Just like the previously released Digimon Pendulum COLOR 1 through 7, as well as COLOR ZERO, the exterior design is based on the shape of the original 1998 version, while incorporating a color LCD screen and a built-in rechargeable battery without compromising the device's original size and feel. The color LCD continues to display characters and backgrounds in full color.

Thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, the device can be charged and played using the included charging cable, which supports USB Type-C. *A USB port (such as on a computer) is required for charging.

The Digimon featured in this release are themed around Ilias's Digital World. In addition to Digimon that appeared in "Digimon Story: Time Stranger," many new Digimon also make their debut.

Digimon Pendulum COLOR 8 CELESTIALWALKER includes members of the Twelve Olympian Digimon, such as Coronamon and Jupitermon, along with Digimon of the Titan tribe. Digimon Pendulum COLOR 9 ASTRALSENTINEL includes Lunamon, Dianamon, and other members of the Twelve Olympians, as well as Plutomon, ruler of the Dark Area.

Players can also enjoy raising, battling, and evolving their Digimon.

The "Pendulum" feature is powered by an accelerometer — the number of times the device is swung affects training results and battle attack power. Players can enjoy a single-player battle mode without needing to connect with another device, and can also evolve Apollomon (from CELESTIALWALKER) and Dianamon (from ASTRALSENTINEL) into Graceonovamon through Jogress evolution.

This product also offers enhanced user support features, including:

• Cold Mode: Pauses your Digimon's growth while in cold storage, preventing hunger and strength stats from decreasing.
• Backup System: Allows you to save up to one Digimon currently being raised as a backup. The backed-up Digimon can also be used as a Jogress evolution partner when no communication partner is available.
