[Information] Notice for EU Customers: End of De Minimis Exemption and New €3 Customs Fee

To our valued customers in the European Union,

For your reference, we would like to share an upcoming change to EU customs procedures.

For shipments cleared through EU customs on or after July 1, 2026, the EU's de minimis exemption (for goods valued under €150) will end. From that point, a flat customs fee of €3 per item category will apply at the time of customs clearance. (Note: This is based on the EU customs clearance date, not the shipping date from Japan.)

As customs duties and fees on our EU shipments are paid by the recipient through FedEx upon delivery, as before, the new €3 fee will simply be added to these charges.

For any questions regarding customs procedures, duty calculations, or fee details, please contact your local customs authority or FedEx directly. We are able to assist only with matters related to the accuracy of the commercial invoice we issue.

Thank you for your understanding.
