[Information] Discontinuation of Order Combining (Combine Shipping) Service

We would like to inform our valued customers of an important change to our shipping services.

We will be discontinuing our order combining (combine shipping) service.

Why are we discontinuing this service?

Due to increasingly strict import regulations and customs inspections in recent years, accuracy in customs documentation has become more critical than ever. Processing combined shipments requires us to manually create invoices, and any errors in documentation can cause serious issues during customs clearance. For this reason, we are no longer able to continue offering this service.

What this means going forward

Once an order is placed (including pre-orders), we are no longer able to combine it with any other order for shipping.If you wish to consolidate items into a single shipment, please cancel your existing order and place a new one containing all the items you would like.

Please note that cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
