Thank you for your continued patronage. We would like to inform you that our shipping calculation method for DHL has been updated as of October 1, 2023. Until now, the DHL shipping fee at our store was determined solely based on weight. However, due to a change in DHL's policy,we have been notified that the volume of the package will now be included in the calculation. Specifically,there is a possibility that the shipping fee for items that are "light but have a large volume" may be higher than before.Furthermore, if you purchase a large number of items and the package becomes large in volume, there may be cases where the shipping fee becomes extremely higher than the shipping cost we received from you. In such cases, we may switch the shipping method from DHL to Japan Post EMS. This is because the shipping cost for large-volume packages can become prohibitively expensive with DHL.Regarding the shipping fee in such cases, there will be no additional charges. Even if we switch to EMS, the expected shipping cost will be higher than the fee we have received from you, but we will bear the difference.This information has been added to our shipping policy as of October 1, 2023. While we primarily ship via DHL, please understand that in cases where the volume becomes too large, we may exceptionally switch to Japan Post EMS for shipping.
