[Important] Update on US Shipping

To our valued customers in the United States,

A change in US regulations will affect part of our lineup. We would like to explain what is involved — and what is not.

Beginning July 8, 2026, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) eFiling rule requires additional documentation at US Customs for products intended for children aged 12 and under. In our catalog, this means certain electronic toys, plush items, and similar goods. Manufacturers do not make this documentation publicly available, so we are unable to provide it.

This requirement applies to that category only. Everything else we carry — general merchandise, stationery, apparel, accessories, and any item not designated for children aged 12 and under — falls outside the rule entirely and ships to the US exactly as before.

For the items that are affected, shipments to the US will end on June 30, 2026 (1:00 PM Japan time). We are sorry for the inconvenience, particularly for customers who have been waiting on titles in this category.

Even within the electronic toy category itself, many items are expected to remain available — Premium Bandai releases and prize-only items manufactured for ages 15 and over, among others. (We may revise this if significant issues arise.)

After June 30, the "Add to Bag" / "Pre-Order" button will not appear on affected items for US addresses. If the button is displayed, the item is available as usual. Intended age ranges are listed in the Product Information section.
